How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and current demand.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Reconciled Collective ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does production take?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

- Clear photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Do you accept sizing returns?
Sizing returns are only accepted if the wrong size was printed on the item.
If the size you received is different from the size you ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
What sizes do you offer?
Most shirts are available in S–3XL. A detailed size chart is included on each product page.
For an oversized streetwear fit, we recommend ordering one size up.
How should I care for my Reconciled Collective shirt?
To maintain the quality of your garment:
- Cold wash only
- Wash inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly on the print

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for faulty items or incorrect orders. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
