Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

When reaching out, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)
• Any relevant details about the issue

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received or the refund is approved.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund in your account.

If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend:

  1. Checking with your bank or credit card provider
  2. Allowing a few additional business days for the refund to appear
